Senior Event Co-ordinator - Luxury Brand, London
We are seeking a highly organised and dynamic Events Coordinator to join a busy and successful Marketing team within a well know Luxury brand in Mayfair. The Events Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of internal, external and store events and support on a large external event. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Support the marketing team with the planning, executing and attending a large corporate event
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their event needs and objectives.
- Research and recommend venues, vendors, and entertainment options
- Coordinate event logistics including venue setup, catering, audiovisual equipment, and transportation.
- Develop and maintain event time lines and schedules.
- Communicate event details and logistics to attendees and stakeholders.
- Provide on-site event support and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Evaluate the success of events through attendee feedback and other metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum three years’ experience in marketing and Events.
- A positive can-do attitude towards working within a team with the ability to motivate others
- Organised with high level of attention to detail
- Good customer and communications skills
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Luxury retail experience a major plus.
