Senior EX Listening Manager - Hasson Associates Recruitment Ltd : Job Details

The Company:

This tech-focused consultancy is a specialist in employee engagement, listening and organisational development.

The Opportunity:

Now seeking a Senior Manager, to work in a small team, taking charge of EX programmes, both large and small, to target budget and quality standards.

The focus will be on project management rather than consultancy although you will be involved to some extent in an advisory capacity. Overseeing sometimes very complex multi-country projects, you will work in collaboration with the advisory team and liaise with clients through the process.

About you:

You will have extensive quantitative project management experience including significant exposure to employee engagement or EX listening. Familiarity with Qualtrix would be a definite bonus.

Salary & Benefits:

£60-75k plus bens. This role is offered on a remote basis.
