Team/Role OverviewThe International Risk Management team covers the global country, cluster and legal entity risk management outside of North America divided into 6 clusters. The teams are responsible for Legal Entity Chief Risk Officer teams, Country Risk Management and Legacy Franchises Risk Management. The head of International Risk Management oversees these responsibilities. What we'll need from you
  • Directly supports the International Risk Head and one other MD level manager
  • Coordinates all aspects of diary management/ associated logistics for the International Risk head and additional MD
  • Co-ordinate meetings, events, town halls for the International Risk team
  • Co-ordinate all travel arrangements, prepare and distribute schedules/agendas for travel
  • Prepares, reconciles, and tracks expense reports through the expense system
  • Management of International Risk team Travel & Expenditure budget
  • Assist with creation/modification of presentations, organizational charts, spreadsheets, and other various documents including correspondence for meetings
  • Sending out communications on behalf of the International Risk head
  • If required, provide support to Risk Management Executive Committee members when visiting London
  • Assists in ad-hoc reports special projects as needed
  • Orders supplies and process invoices through Procure to Pay system
  • Process and follow-up on Virtual Requests
  • Handles onboarding duties for new hires, such as setting up their logins/IT equipment and providing them with the necessary help desk resources to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Trains, coaches or guides other administrative staff when required
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
What we'll need from you
  • Significant senior level executive admin experience at C-level, preferably within a large financial services or similar organization
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft office
  • Self-motivated and detail orientated
  • Pro-active and excellent organisational skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communications skills
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly gain command of new systems
  • The candidate should show a willingness and enthusiasm for new projects, and the capacity to develop their own workstreams without prompting
  • Flexible approach to working hours
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously whilst remaining proactive and efficient
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
