Senior Executive eDiscovery - vacancy

Location: Cayman Islands (tax haven)

Type: Permanent

Ideally you will have full EDRM experience and be strong from data processing through to production utilising Relativity (certifications such as RCA are beneficial not essential if you have the right experience).

You will be joining an expanding team offering growth potential and with a leading global advisory company.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on best practice around data management and preservation for a various electronically stored information and other information sources.
• Data collections, processing and analytics.You will be hands-on from start to finish of project workflow utilising Relativity (including data processing, assessment, review, analytics and production stage.
• Planning, reviewing and updating operating procedures, providing training to members of the team.Planning workload and tasks for multiple active matters (sometimes to tight deadlines).
• ?Demonstrate risk awareness and focusing on quality deliverables for clients.Contribute with business development and marketing.Can be both national and international travel may be required occasionally.

Skills & Experience

• You will have 3 years’ plus of relevant experience in the forensic technology/eDiscovery.Proficiency using Relativity.
• Strong communication and client facing experience.
• A good knowledge of litigation support is preferred.Digital forensic collection experience would be beneficial but not essential (role is more right side of EDRM).Ability to respond quickly and accurately with judgement required for when to escalate issues.
• You will be pro-active and able to prioritise.

Qualifications

• Ideally a Degree or similar (this may be technical e.g. Digital Forensics, Cyber, Information Systems but may be legal degree where you have developed strong eDiscovery and Forensic Technology later)
