Senior Finance Analyst - Fin Search Ltd : Job Details

Fin Search are recruiting a Senior Finance Analyst on a permanent basis for a market leading, private equity backed business based in Leeds. The business is going through a strong, continued period of growth.

The business is operating a hybrid working model - 2 days in the office and 3 days at home each week.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a newly qualified accountant looking for a purely commercial role in a well respected business going through an exciting period of expansion.

As a Senior Finance Analyst, this role will report in to an ACA qualified Finance Manager, responsible for providing high quality reporting, forecasting and analysis to support influence the performance of the business.

Duties will include, however are not limited to, providing a comprehensive business partnering service to internal operational stakeholders, Profit & Loss analysis, trend analysis with a focus on profitability and performance, playing a key part in the forecasting and budgeting process and producing and continually developing KPI reports.

The successful candidate will:

• Be ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified
• Be looking for a first time move from practice (Transaction Services) or have a relevant industry background
• Have excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Have strong Excel skills

£48,000 - £52,000 + up to 25% bonus + 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) + personal day off + opportunity to purchase more holiday + contributory company pension scheme + private medical insurance + life assurance + hybrid working model
