Senior Finance Business Analyst - Technology Finance

Technology Finance experience is essential for this role.

Role is based in London and requires an office presence.

Role Profile: The SFBA is a key role within the TS&S (Technology, Services and Solution) Finance team, part of Global Support. You will collaborate with the TS&S Practices management team, the TS&S finance business partner, and other finance teams. The SFBA uses analytical skills to support business management, challenging and influencing as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Lead FBP:

    • Assist with ad hoc projects.
    • Coordinate month-end processes and produce stakeholder packs.
    • Maintain Risk and Opportunities tracker, headcount/FTE reporting, and workforce planning.
    • Analyse supplier costs and review accruals/prepayments.
    • Provide insightful commentary and variance analysis.
    • Support project forecasts and budget builds.
    • Prepare Balance Sheet reviews and manage intercompany tickets.
    • Handle audit queries.
  • Month End and Forecast/Budget:

    • Summarise month-end and mid-month reports.
    • Ensure timely forecast/budget submission.
    • Complete stakeholder packs and annual budget reporting.
    • Manage FTE tagging and working capital forecasts.
  • Business Plan/3 Year Plan (3YP):

    • Assist in building the 3YP model and provide analysis.
  • Other:

    • Build relationships with the TSS Finance team.
    • Support divisional vision and business strategy.
    • Ensure data integrity and robust communication.
    • Escalate team admin issues as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge of finance processes and systems.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Recognised professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Proven track record in professional and management development.
  • Ability to work autonomously and support stakeholders globally.
  • Innovative approach with strong commercial acumen.
  • Good influencing, project management, and prioritisation skills.
  • Effective communication and report-writing abilities.
  • Credibility and integrity to work with stakeholders at all levels.
