Senior Finance Business Partner - Goodman Masson : Job Details

Goodman Masson are working with a international Think Tank to recruit for a Senior Finance Business Partner.

You will play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making, whilst leading on partnering with programme managers across the organisation.

It is essential that you have strong Business Partnering experience within a donor funded environment.

Day to Day duties include:

• Support the programmes team with financial proposals and financial reporting relating to donor funds
• Produce, communicate and deliver robust financial plans programmes
• Lead on the provision of financial analysis and insights to inform strategic decision making
• Review and approve donor financial reports
• Ensure financial management information is presented in an accessible way
• Lead on the production of the programme level management accounts

Essentials:

• CIMA, ACA OR ACCA Qualified Accountant or equivalent
• Donor reporting experience/experience working within a donor funded environment
• Strong Business Partnering experience
• Process improvement and streamlining experience
• Ability to communicate with and provide advice to non finance stakeholders

Salary is up to £60,000 + 14.5% employer pension contributions.
