Senior Finance Business Partner - Robert Walters : Job Details

Our client is seeking a commercially minded, highly skilled and motivated Senior Finance Business Partner to join their finance team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional to establish business partnering and performance management of Group Marketing, thus enabling high performance of the functions. The role offers a competitive salary range of £85,000 - £95,000 and comes with a host of benefits including flexible working opportunities, generous pensions contributions and training opportunities.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Finance Business Partner, your role will be pivotal in establishing business partnering and performance management within the Group Marketing function. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, providing them with valuable financial insights and guidance. Your expertise in creating key performance indicators (KPIs) will be crucial in evaluating marketing and customer performance. You will conduct ongoing in-depth data driven financial analysis using these metrics to support business decisions. Collaborating closely with the business, you will develop clear budgets/forecasts for marketing by country. Your strategic planning skills will be utilised as you develop and own key agreed financials/KPIs on Marketing and Customer performance to inform assumptions in long-term financial plans and scenarios.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Senior Finance Business Partner role is a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with at least 5 years post qualification experience. You have experience working in a fast-paced consumer-led online business environment. You are accomplished in developing digital marketing and customer KPIs such as ROAS targets and LTV of a customer. Your expertise extends to financial modelling and you have a proven track record in working with large data sets to establish effective financial KPIs. Your strong communication skills enable you to advise and present information in a simple, easy to understand, compelling way.

• Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with a minimum of +5 years PQE
