Senior Finance Business Partner - Atkinson Moss : Job Details

Atkinson Moss is delighted to be working with a business boasting a strong market presence and sustained growth in the Lowestoft area in their search for a Senior Finance Business Partner. This role will combine elements of business partnering, commercial decision making and staff management. Rendering it a great opportunity for someone looking do progress from middle to senior management in due course. Key duties include:

• Oversight for financial operations including budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
• Providing financial insight to support strategic decision making
• Review and improve financial systems and controls
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly management accounts, budgets, and statutory accounts
• Lead and mentor a small finance team, fostering development and maintaining a positive workplace culture
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Track project financials in real time to support key decisions.

The ideal candidate will be fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) or close to finishing exams, with ambitions of joining a business that can facilitate progression over a 2-5 year period.
