Senior Finance Officer - Venn Group : Job Details

Venn Group is currently working with a well-known Housing Association based in Central London who are looking to recruit a permanent Senior Finance Officer supporting their Rent and Income processing.

This is an excellent position for someone who is looking to develop their management skills and progress their career in finance.Salary: £33,000 - £37,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Posting to the rent ledger
• Downloading banks statements
• Downloading housing benefits from local authorities
• Uploaded rent/benefits into Hubble and reporting
• Run reports on NEC Northgate and review postings
• Completing suspense account reconciliations
• Supervising 3 members of staff

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong reconciliation skills
• Supervised staff
• Rent processing
• NEC Northgate experience
