Based in Surrey, close to Esher, my client is a Chartered Independent Financial Advice firm. After meeting the directors, I hired four employees—two administrators and two advisers—for the company. They provide market-wide guidance on investments, pensions, tax planning, IHT, protections, and obscure programs like VTC and EIS. Along with Powers of Attorney, they also handle Wills and Trusts. The company has amassed a devoted clientele of 500 people from all around Surrey, including families, retirees, and business owners. The clients' investable assets range from £500,000 to £10,000,000. Through referrals and recommendations, the advisers are bringing in a tonne of new business and are busier than ever.

The company is actively involved in the community and has several long-standing relationships with local businesses and charities. Most of their new business comes from referrals and recommendations, and they don't set goals for their employees since they believe this is the incorrect kind of culture. Consequently, they are seeking a new Senior IFA Administrator to collaborate one-on-one with a Chartered Adviser. Working closely with the adviser, the position will help them with all administrative tasks so they can provide their clients with the best possible service. You'll participate in a few customer meetings and handle all the work before and after them.

In addition to doing all required client servicing work and pre- and post-meeting tasks on behalf of the adviser, you will participate in a few client meetings. It will be really helpful if you are familiar with Intelligent Office.
