Senior Financial Controller - SF Recruitment : Job Details

SF Executive are partnered with a West Midlands based, PE backed, service business who are seeking a Senior Financial Controller (no.1 finance role). Reporting to the CEO, the Senior Financial Controller is required to be a collaborative member of the SMT for a people focussed organisation. Building and managing a small team, you will devise financial process, create a group reporting structure and support the SMT and PE firm with their business plan. The successful Senior Financial Controller will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA or equivalent) who has operated at this level for a number of years and who has ambitions to become a Finance Director in the very near future. You will be comfortable in a varied role involving being hands on when necessary. In addition, you will have the gravitas to partner with the owners/ investors and state your case when required. This is a great opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual to propel themselves in to a Finance Director position and lead a PE transaction.
