Senior FIT Reservations AgentAre you passionate about travel and customer service?  This leading independent UK inbound travel company are looking for an enthusiastic FIT reservations consultant to join their dynamic team.  The primary role is quoting, booking and operational management of all FIT business. As a senior consultant you set the standard and support colleagues and their development.Senior FIT Reservations Agent – Role and Responsibilities

• Manage booking requests, securing availability from contracted partners
• Negotiate with uncontracted suppliers
• Meet monthly targets

Senior FIT Reservations Agent – Skills and Experience Required

• Experience in travel reservations, hotel group or tour operator preferred
• Proficient in using Word, Excel and PowerPoint and a knowledge of Tourplan
• An understanding of allocation and freesale preferred

Senior FIT Reservations Agent – Additional Information

• Salary up to £27,000 depending on experience
• Monday to Friday  0930 – 1800
• Hybrid working after six months
