We are looking for a Senior FP&A with a background in Transport & Distribution. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, financial modelling and analysis, and providing financial consultation to the departmental heads and executives.

Description

• Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Develop financial models and analyse them to support strategic initiatives.
• Present monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports to the senior management.
• Analyse complex financial information to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
• Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Use SAP software to streamline accounting functions and operations.
• Develop and monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analysing causes of unexpected variance.
• Manage and motivate a high-performing finance team.

Profile

A successful Senior FP&A should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the Transport & Distribution industry.
• Strong financial modelling experience.
• Excellent proficiency in SAP software.
• Strong leadership abilities and experience in managing a team.

Job Offer

• An annual salary of between £65,000 - £70,000, dependent on experience.
