As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy of the business by providing actionable insights through financial planning, forecasting, and analysis. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will contribute to strategic decision-making, helping to drive performance and identify opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of the company’s financial forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Provide monthly financial reporting and analysis, including variance analysis, to senior management.
- Support the financial planning process and provide insights into business performance and profitability.
- Develop financial models to evaluate business opportunities, investments, and projects.
- Collaborate with business partners to understand their financial needs and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Analyze financial trends, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making and business planning.
- Drive continuous improvements in financial processes and reporting tools.
- Support ad hoc analysis and business cases for strategic initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), preferably in a senior role.
- Strong financial modelling and forecasting skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Proficient in Excel and financial systems; experience with [Insert any relevant software, if applicable].
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in driving improvements in financial reporting and processes.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualification is a plus).
