Senior Global Mobility Consultant - Alchemy Global Talent Solutions : Job Details

Our client, a global business is looking to hire a Senior Global Mobility Consultant to join their Global Mobility team in London. This position sits onsite with a corporate client 5 days per week. Main Responsibilities:

• Act as main point of contact for assignees and their families during their relocation
• Provide advice to assignees and hiring managers throughout the relocation process
• Maintain a full understanding of the client’s global mobility policies
• Coordinate relocation services including home search, school search, household goods moving, visa, immigration, temporary accommodation and expense management
• Regularly liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Handle escalations and exceptions to policy as required
• Maintain regular communication with third party vendors (tax and immigration)
• Act as subject matter expert on client’s global mobility policies to handle queries

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in International Relocation, Global Mobility or Expatriate Management is required
• Experience working in a fast-paced customer driven environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office / Suite
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
