We are looking to hire an experienced Graphic Designer to develop and execute creative concepts for various marketing materials including digital, print, and social media.

Located in South Wales, this established company is the undisputed leader in a high-growth sector in the sports industry. Our client is a product-based company, and they are regularly viewed by millions of fans via Sky Sports. The company is very successful and has a history of over 100 years. With staggering success in their market, this gives the Senior Graphic Designer a chance to work on industry-leading product design, working on materials in print and packaging, social media and digital.

We require someone who can demonstrate a high level of creative and conceptual thinking and be comfortable working in a fast-paced fast moving consumer goods design studio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts for various marketing materials including digital, print, and social media.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and design consistency.
• Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines

Experience

• Detailed experience in a commercial design / creative agency.
• Good experience in 2D Print, Packaging, Web and Social Media Asset Creation with solid software skills utilising Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign essential). Further experience in 3D, Product Photography and Video creation/editing would be a definite bonus.
• The ability to showcase a portfolio of your completed work, preferably commercial and product work, showing a clear timeline of experience and progression of skills and abilities in Graphic Design.

Education

• Relevant qualifications in Graphic Design, Animation, Video production or related field.

The assessment process will be 2 stages, the first stage is a conversation with the Lead Manager and the second will be a test day in the studio to assess skillsets.
