Senior HR Administrator wanted for a Luxury RetailerLocation: ManchesterSalary: up to £33k + excellent bonusAre you a driven HR professional ready to make an impact? We're looking for an energetic and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team, delivering exceptional service in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries, escalating complex issues to the HR Advisor/Manager.- Provide accurate employee relations advice on investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and draft outcome letters.- Support absence management and performance development processes.- Conduct audits, manage payroll accuracy, and ensure compliance with HR processes.- Perform reporting and analytics using advanced Excel skills.- Supporting annual bonus and pay review cyclesAbout You:- Proven HR experience and a true team player.- Positive, resilient, and able to work at pace with competing priorities.- Confident communicator who can build credibility with regional stakeholders.- CIPD membership or working towards it; SAP/Kronos knowledge is a plus.- Meticulous attention to detail, especially in grammar, punctuation, and spelling.What We Offer:- Career progression into a future Regional HR Advisor role.- CIPD qualification funding (subject to performance).- A fun, dynamic team with autonomy to influence the people agenda.- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM with occasional regional travel.If you have the required experience, and want to join a constantly thriving business who appreciate and recognise their people, send your CV ASAP!Mandeville is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
