Key Responsibilities:
- HR Casework Advice: Provide expert guidance to managers and employees on complex HR processes, including performance management and disciplinary issues.
- Disciplinary Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence and compile comprehensive reports with clear, actionable recommendations.
- HR System Implementation: Play a vital role in supporting the implementation of a new HR management system, improving efficiency and processes.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Recent, hands-on experience managing complex performance management and disciplinary cases, ideally within an SME environment.
- HR Expertise: In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices related to performance management and disciplinary actions.
- Investigative Skills: Strong investigative abilities, with a track record of conducting impartial and detailed investigations.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using HR software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with attention to detail in every aspect of your work.
