Senior HR AdvisorLocation: Colchester (with occasional travel)Hybrid Working
We’re looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join a growing organisation .This is a newly created role, driven by their ongoing success and expansion. You’ll play a key role in supporting managers and regional managers with HR guidance and working alongside HR Business Partners to deliver effective people solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert HR advice on performance management, disciplinary actions, grievances, and sensitive matters.
- Coach managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure fairness and consistency.
- Support employee relations, including case investigations, safeguarding, and risk mitigation.
- Analyse HR data (exit interviews, absence, turnover) to identify trends and provide solutions.
- Collaborate on recruitment, selection, and performance management strategies.
- Assist with reporting for the Senior People Team and Executive Board.
What We’re Looking For:
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards).
- Experience in a fast-paced, multi-site HR role.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and employee relations.
- Flexibility to travel 1-2 times per month and occasional overnight stays.
