Senior HR Advisor - hireful. : Job Details

Are you an experienced HR Advisor who is looking to take their next step up?

This role is based in Birmingham, close to Star City, easily commutable from Dudley, Solihull, Cannock, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Lichfield, Tamworth, Nuneaton, etc.

Salary circa £38,000 plus annual bonus, and a great range of employee benefits including generous holiday, enhanced maternity/paternity, healthcare cover and more!

You should have excellent Employee Relations experience, having managed complex casework, and up to date on employment law.

This is a generalist role, where you'll influence workforce planning and recruitment, EDI and wellbeing, talent development and succession planning.

Working as part of a large HR team, in a big global organisation, with 2 sites in the UK, which gives you a great support network and opportunities for your own development.
