PageGroup are delighted to support a successful Redditch based organisation with the appointment of an Interim Senior HR Advisor for circa 3-6 months.

This role can offer hybrid working (Business needs dependent).

Description

The role of Senior HR Advisor is a busy generalist role, supporting a wide range of stakeholders and working as part of a small HR team. Duties will include but not limited to:

• Managing recruitment, selection and on-boarding processes
• Overseeing employee relations casework
• Assisting in the development of HR policies and procedures
• Guide and advise managers regarding people matters
• Coach and up-skill managers
• Support with HR projects and initiative

Profile

Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background as a HR Advisor/Senior HR Advisor and be available to start at short notice.

Job Offer

• Up to circa £40k pa
• 3-6 months with possible scope for extension/permanent in future
