Are you an experienced Senior HR Advisor / Manager, CIPD qualified and from a production / manufacturing environment. Do you enjoy working in a HR generalist role, if so this could be the role for you. There is a salary of up to £45K depending on experience.
The Role:
- To advertise vacancies, assist in reviewing CVs and interviewing candidates, produce offer letters, contracts and t erms and conditions.
- To conduct and co-ordinate all Induction training.
- To record, maintain and create reports for senior management on absence, sickness, personal reviews and training and recommend any relevant actions.
- To advise and assist managers on HR issues.
- To advise on, witness and conduct disciplinary and grievance hearings.
- Responsible for reception personnel and reception duties.
- To act as contact for cleaning and work wear contractors.
- To co-ordinate all internal and external training.
- To maintain and up-date as necessary personal files and training database.
- To co-ordinate and maintain personal review system.
- To deal with and assist with all employee relations issues.
- To maintain and up-date as necessary HR policies and procedures.
- To develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- To conduct home visits on ill or problem employees.
- To act as focal point for employees on welfare issues.
- To send monthly payroll information to payroll provider and deal with any queries
- To make necessary travel arrangements for cover when required.
- To conduct other work within capability as directed by Senior Management Team.
