Description
As HR BP you will be responsible for;
- Provide HR operational support for assigned BU, leading on all ER case management
- Provide full partnering service to the division
- Strategic partnering with line managers and directors
- Build line management capability
- Lead on Union relationships
- Promote EDI and Wellbeing agenda
Profile
The successful candiate will;
- CIPD L7
- Proven track record as a strategic and operational HR BP
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience in a similar industry
- Proven track record leading change management activity
