Senior HR Business Partner - Gleeson Recruitment Group : Job Details

This newly created Senior HR Business Partner role for a growing Birmingham based organisation.

Hybrid working - 3 days per week on-site in Birmingham

Up to £75k + CA + Benefits

As the Senior HR Business Partner within this small HR team, you will coach and develop the HR Advisor, as well as building strong stakeholder relationships across the various department Heads, developing and delivering a talent agenda, an L&D framework to support the retention and development of internal talent. The role will work closely with Managers to develop succession plans. The role will also support from a people perspective growth potentially both in the UK and overseas.

As an experienced HR Business Partner you will have broad generalist HR skills and capability, with a good commercial application. You will have worked in a consumer focused organisation previously.
