SENIOR IMPLEMENTATION ANALYST - OXFORD

THE COMPANY

We are working with a high-growth, well-established e-commerce business on a pivotal GTM/GA4/SQL Analytics hire.

THE ROLE

The successful Senior Data & Insights Analyst responsibilities will include:

• Design, implement, and maintain tagging solutions using Google Tag Manager and GA4 to track user behaviour and business performance
• Utilise SQL to optimise customer experience through segmentations & A/B testing
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data layer requirements and ensure robust tracking implementation across digital platforms.
• Analyse and interpret large datasets using SQL to provide actionable insights for marketing, product, and operational teams
• Audit and troubleshoot tagging issues to ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Senior Data & Insights Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in tagging implementation using GTM and GA4 for an e-commerce or digital business
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
• A solid understanding of digital analytics principles, including attribution models, funnel analysis, and customer journeys
• Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• A passion for leveraging data to improve business outcomes and the customer experience
