Are you a seasoned Information Security professional looking to make a real impact? A leading not-for-profit organization based in Leeds, dedicated to improving the lives of the community through their innovative programs and services. As they continue to expand their digital footprint, they are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Information Security Analyst to join their team.

The Senior Information Security Analyst will lead the infosec and cybersecurity efforts, ensuring that all systems and data are protected against current and emerging threats. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement security best practices, manage risk assessments, and respond to security incidents. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping and improving the security strategies and safeguarding the sensitive information that supports their mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain robust security policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability testing.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure security compliance across the organization.
• Stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies to continuously improve our defences.
• Provide training and support to staff to enhance overall security awareness.

Key Skills the Senior Information Security Analyst will have:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Info/Cyber Security
• Previous experience mentoring junior InfoSec Analysts
• Degree in IT/Security courses - Highly beneficial
• Good understanding of Microsoft applications / IT Support technologies
• Understanding of JIRA and AWS

• Salary range is from £45,000 to £58,000 per annum
• £2K non-contractual bonus paid every July.
