Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have had a minimum of years’ experience working within the insurance industry
Principal Responsibilities:
- The summary of the role is to generate new business from leads generated by the marketing team.
- Meeting monthly new business targets, working closely with the renewals team to management a smooth handover post placement.
- Develop close working relationships with the panel of insurers.
- Cross sell products according to demands and needs of the client.
- Assist the directors and other staff members when requested.
Key skills and experience required:
- Excellent technical knowledge of Insurance including but not limited to Combined Liability, Contractors All Risks, Professional Indemnity and Motor Fleet
- Competent on Acturis, Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook programs
- Excellent written and telephone skills
- A proven track record for meeting and exceeding targets
- To possess excellent sales skills
- To possess excellent negotiation skills
- To understand and assist clients and fellow staff members with any Insurance queries:
