Senior Insurance Investigator - Matt Burton : Job Details

This is a key role for our client who are looking to expand their Insurance Desktop Investigations team with the appointment of a Senior Insurance Investigator . This role is complete remote investigations into motor insurance claims  This role will be remote /  home based, Monday to Friday  In return, the Senior Desktop Investigator can expect a competitive salary, pension, 25 days annual leave plus much more. Key Duties 

• Complete appointments / investigations within defined timelines
• Be a referal point for complex investigations
• Video interviewing 
• To investigate loss and / or damage claims in detail using all sources available and providing advice and assistance to policyholders
• Validate policy cover in relation to the loss or damage

 Requirements

• Candidate must extensive experience within motor fraud insurance claims 
• Candidate must have previous fraud interviewing experience
