Senior Investment Specialist, Global Equities - eFinancialCareers : Job Details

This is a key hire to join a global equity franchise with a strong track record. This individual will be a lead Investment Specialist acting as a key contact for clients.

About You:

• Proven experience in a similar Investment Specialist role. Candidates with a sales background looking to move to a more technical role will also be considered.
• Strong understanding of equity markets and investment principles
• Familiarity with Institutional and Wholesale channels
• CFA Charterholder or equivalent
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach

What You'll Do:

• Be the primary point of contact for a variety of clients and consultants, effectively managing relationships and addressing technical queries
• Collaborate with Distribution teams to prepare and present investment materials for client meetings, pitches and roadshows
• Develop a deep understanding of the firm's investment philosophy, process, and portfolio holdings
• Support new business initiatives and client retention efforts
• Collaborate with the Investment team to ensure clear and consistent communication of strategies to stakeholders
• Contribute to market research and competitor analysis, enhancing the team's competitive edge
