Senior IT Engineer

Caerphilly / Hybrid - 2 days WFH

Up to £45,000 per annum DOE

About you:

• Someone reactive and proactive in their technical support
• Can help and mentor junior 1st and 2nd line engineers with ticket escalations and technical progression.
• Contribute to the business as a technical innovator, achieving mastery of your role, and taking ownership of all deliverables.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Office 365.
• Experience with Windows Server administration (2016, 2019)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure
• Ability to troubleshoot IT networks and infrastructure

Key Tasks

• Install/configure software remotely.
• Support client applications and software.
• Configure and troubleshoot Virtual Servers and application deployment.
• Assist with network issues and VLANs.
• Setup, configure, and troubleshoot VPNs.
