This company are a thriving Managed Service Provider which offers a variety of IT services and solutions to a vast range of local enterprises. Due to their continued success they are expanding their Infrastructure and Networking team. In this role you will solve a variety of problems for clients, providing 1st and 2nd line support on software/network and IT hardware troubleshooting.The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of networking including LAN, WAN, DNS, TCP/IP and DHCP. You will also have experience with firewalls, routing & Switching, MS 365 and ideally virtualisationThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-moving company with a large amount of accumulated experience and knowledge, where no two days are the same and where no one leaves without learning something new each day!The Role:* Troubleshooting and resolving issues* 1st /2nd line support* 1 in 4 weeks on call + some occasional weekend working* On going monitoring and maintenance of client networks & infrastructure* Mon to Fri, On-SiteThe Person:* Networking/Routing/Firewall experience* Experience with Microsoft 365* Virtualistation experience, such as; VMware or Hyper-V desirable* MSP background desirable
