Senior IT Project Manager - Claims, Applications, Integration - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited : Job Details

Up to £800 per day (Inside IR35)

London / Hybrid (2 days per week onsite)

My client is a London-based Insurer who urgently require a Senior IT Project Manager with proven Insurance industry experience, ideally with experience with Policy Admin Systems (PAS) and large-scale Application Integration Projects / Programmes to join a key Programme ASAP.

Key Requirements:

• Proven expertise in IT Project Management within the Insurance industry
• Demonstrable experience of working on Application Integration Projects / Programmes
• Strong claims workbench integration experience
• Strong leadership skills, and a drive and passion to lead from the front and take accountability
• Strong understanding of business application change.
• Keenness to drive dependencies, risks and issues
• Experience of managing 3rd parties / vendors
• Proactive approach
• Exceptional Stakeholder Management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall ways of working
• Flexible approach towards hybrid working

Nice to have:

• A wealth of Insurance industry experience
• Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce
• Good understanding of Integration Policy Admin Systems
• Awareness of Underwriting Workbench / Blueprint Two
• Immediate availability
