Senior IT Support Analyst required by my leading company based in Dorking.
As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing comprehensive support to all users, following helpdesk procedures and priorities to ensure optimal service levels and timely issue resolution.
- Ensuring clear and continuous communication with users throughout the issue resolution process.
- Managing and supporting all technology, including desktops, software, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Proactively assessing the IT Services' technology infrastructure and presenting findings to the IT Network Manager.
- Undertaking a variety of technical tasks focused on maintaining and upgrading IT systems.
- Monitoring the performance of IT and audio-visual hardware, software, and cabling to identify and resolve specific or recurring issues, and providing detailed reports to the IT Network Manager.
Skills required :
- Experience in supporting, developing, and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory and SCCM.
- Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V and SAN environments.
- Familiarity with HPE networks and configuration.
- Knowledge of Dell EMC hardware.
- Expertise in Office 365 and End-Point Manager (Microsoft Intune).
- Competence in Microsoft SharePoint and Teams.
- Understanding of IP addressing, subnets, and VLANs.
- Proficiency with Windows 10 & 11, including basic customization and imaging.
- Experience in server installation and maintenance.
- Knowledge of Windows Server OS.
- Understanding of backup and SAN theory and technology.
This is a technically focused position dealing with internal users and a variety of stakeholder. You MUST possess EXCELLENT communication skills and be in commuting distance of Dorking. This is NOT a remote role.
