You will lead and oversee the school's early help and family support services, ensuring the delivery of holistic, high-quality care that prioritizes the welfare and safeguarding of all learners. This role focuses on collaborative working, proactive problem-solving, and providing integrated support to learners and their families, in alignment with statutory guidance and best practicesExperience and qualifications:

• Design and implement the school's Early Help and Family Support strategy, ensuring alignment with Working Together to Safeguard Children (2023) and Keeping Children Safe in Education (2024).
• Collaborate with the Senior Lead for Learner Welfare to integrate early help initiatives within the school's broader pastoral care and safeguarding frameworks.
• Build and sustain strong partnerships with local authorities, health services, social care, and other agencies to coordinate effective support for learners and their families.
• Represent the school in multi-agency meetings, advocating for learners' needs and ensuring their voices are heard.
