Job Title: Senior & Lead Project Professionals

Salary: £40,748 + depending on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensuring all aspects of the projects are fully defined
  • Developing and maintaining coherent, fully integrated project plans and budgets
  • Developing resource plans and liaise with stakeholder functions
  • Developing and managing key relationships with sub-contractors, customers, and other stakeholders
  • Leading projects so that they are delivered to agreed time, cost and quality
  • Analysing data and presenting resolutions across the business
  • Adhere to all Project Management & Controls processes
  • Mentoring or leading members of the team

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Experience of being in a Project Professional position
  • Experience of working within multi-disciplined teams
  • Ability to analyse data and produce quality reports
  • Excellent IT Skills such as MS Office and Excel

Desirable:

  • PM qualification, such as APMQ
  • Experience of working in a complex engineering, manufacturing, infrastructure, construction or regulated environment

The SSNA Project Management & Controls team:

Fantastic opportunity to work on the SSNA Programme, a multibillion-pound long term complex programme, working with stakeholders from across various organisations, a great chance to lead, shape and influence the direction of the programme. You’ll be working with stakeholders across various organisations and leading teams comprised of individuals from multiple organisations. This role offers of options working in the design phase of the SSNA programme or the SSNA infrastructure project. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
