Senior/Lead/Team Lead Developer - 4Square Recruitment Ltd : Job Details

Senior/Lead/Team Lead Developer required for my client in North London (Largely Remote) with monthly office visits.

The role:

• Managing a team of 2 off-shore Developers (Full Stack PHP) whilst you code in the Front End ideally in Vue.JS.
• Managing and overseeing the development team’s workflow to ensure features are delivered according to business requirements and timelines
• System Architecture: Ensuring the architectural integrity, performance, and reliability of our application systems.
• Technical Strategy: Working with senior management to define the long-term technical roadmap, and overseeing its implementation.
• Collaboration: Liaising with third-party IT providers to ensure our infrastructure and application needs are consistently met.
• Hands-On Support: Occasionally assisting with app releases, small code changes, and providing technical support to team members and clients

Candidate profile:

• Technical Expertise: Experience in JavaScript languages is essential, with Vue.js knowledge highly desirable. Familiarity with WordPress (Semplice), AWS infrastructure.
• Development Lifecycle: Experience in reviewing and creating Javascript code with a strong grasp of the full software development lifecycle.
• Tools: Proficiency with Jira (Atlassian), Bitbucket, and Microsoft 365 applications (Exchange, Outlook, Entra).
• Leadership Experience: Experience in leading development teams, including technical mentoring, solution design, and facilitating workshops.
• Solution Design: Ability to create and review solution designs and technical implementation plans.
