Senior Legal Counsel-Governance - Antony James Recruitment Ltd : Job Details

We are delighted to be partnering with this growing firm in their search for a qualified Lawyer for the position of Senior Legal Counsel in Governance. This role would be ideal for someone who has a appetite for governance, you will assist with all legal advice and governance support.

Required Experience/Skills:

• A qualified Lawyer- preferably qualified in England and Wales, Scotland, Jersey or Guernsey
• Have a good academic background
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in governance
• A practical understanding of corporate law is preferred
• In-house experience gained within a regulated environment would also be advantageous
• Ability to work autonomously and under pressure, often within tight deadlines
• A proactive approach and willingness to develop existing skills and update legal knowledge by way of additional training.
