Senior Legal PA - Litigation - Top US Law Firm!Excellent salary and benefits, plus hybrid working!

£52-£55,000pa

This top ranked, City based US law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Legal PA to support a busy allocation of lawyers including a Partner who heads up the team.

You will need to be an experienced Legal Secretary/PA, with a level head and someone who can oversee and organise the diaries of a busy and successful team of lawyers.

Duties include:

• Actively manage fee-earners diaries
• Manage the billing process utilising the finance team
• Proactively manage opening new clients and matters, carry out conflict checks and drafting engagement letters
• Arrange complex travel and prepare itineraries
• Take responsibility for managing fee-earners contacts and keeping database up to date
• Maximise the effectiveness of filing supported by the firm's electronic filing system, ensuring all client files are kept complete and up to date
• Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail
• Amend and format documents, spreadsheets and presentations
• Deal with expenses
• General administrative tasks
