Our client is a financially backed Legal headhunting firm focussed on placing into City and US Law firms in London. The founder of the business has balanced playing Elite level sport and recruitment and believes in providing a flexible approach to work.

My client is looking to hire someone to focus on the London market although will look at individuals who have experience recruiting into different geographies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes within the Legal private practice market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Strategize and execute innovative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier talent.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, contributing to their professional development.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the Legal sector.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
