Senior lettings negotiator - Brighton - £50,000. Basic up to £26,000

What’s the role?

I’m working closely with a top Independent Estate Agency in Hove and together we are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their business. They have been renting and selling property for over 30 years and built a fantastic reputation. They are offering a great package, and earning potential in a supportive, fun and friendly environment.

Personal specification:

• At least 18 months experience within residential sales• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written• First-class customer service skills• IT literate• Display high standards of service and presentation• Local area knowledge• Full UK driving licence and vehicle
