Collins Property Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a dynamic independent estate agency brand in West London. As a leading estate agency brand in the area, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional service. • Utilise your in-depth knowledge of the property market to handle a diverse portfolio of properties. Identify potential tenants, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and close lettings deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the lettings process.
• Conduct market appraisals.

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be rewarded with:

• A competitive basic salary of up to £24,000.
• A competitive 3-month guarantee.
• £3,000 Car allowance.
• Work 1 out of 4 Saturdays.
• Commission and bonus structure.
• OTE £50,000 for the first year.

Requirements for the Senior Lettings Negotiator:

• You must have at least 18 months experience of successful lettings experience in the property industry, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A full UK driving license is essential for this role.
