SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR - KNIGHTSBRIDGE £50,000-£60,000

• Utilise your in-depth knowledge of the property market to handle a diverse portfolio of properties. Identify potential tenants, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and close lettings deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the lettings process.
• Conduct market appraisals.

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be rewarded with:

• A competitive basic salary of up to £25,000.
• £3,000 Car allowance
• Far reduced Saturday hours 10-1 fortnightly
• Commission and bonus structure.
• You're paid on your renewals every year
• OTE £50,000+ for the first year.

Requirements for the Senior Lettings Negotiator:

• You must have at least 2 years experience of successful lettings experience in the property industry, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A full UK driving license is essential for this role.
