The company is recruiting for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their market-leading office in Walthamstow.In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants, this position will suit a seasoned Lettings Negotiator looking to take the next step in their Estate Agency career.As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Conducting property viewings and providing expert advice.
• Negotiating offers and facilitating smooth transactions from start to finish.
• Keep updated with the latest property market trends, pricing, and local developments.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to clients at every stage of the process.

About you:

• Minimum Lettings experience of 18 months.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of hitting target.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service and building long-lasting client relationships.

The Senior Lettings Negotiator’s package:

• £25,000+ basic salary.
• Car allowance.
• Scaling pooled commission structure.
• Minimum £65,000+ OTE.
