Senior Lettings Negotiator - Worthing

Salary: £25k - £27k + £150 car allowance per month + £35k - £40k OTE + benefits

Location: Worthing (Includes parking permit)

Hours: Mon-Fri 08:30 - 18:00 + 2 Saturdays per month (day off in lieu)

Must have a full UK driving licence

Responsibilities:

• Handling enquiries from applicants and potential tenants.
• Booking and conducting viewings & market appraisals (full training provided).
• Generating new business opportunities through calls and marketing activities.
• Upselling and cross-selling additional services across the business.
• Negotiating new lets between tenants and landlords.
• Managing client relationships and maintaining an up-to-date CRM system.
• Working towards team and individual targets.
• Converting valuations into successful instructions.

To apply for this role, you will need the following skills and experience:

• Proven lettings or property sales experience.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a confident communicator.
• Ability to carry out market appraisals (ideal but not essential).
• Ambitious, driven, and eager to earn commission.
• Excellent IT skills and professional telephone manner.
• Full UK driving licence and own car.
