Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment : Job Details

The RoleInitially, you will be focusing on customer lifetime value models, looking at a certain type of customer, and then using this forecast to look at marketing ads. You will be finding high-value customers and targeting specific customers with specific ads, looking at conversion rates, and looking at specifically Google ads and Meta ads. You ideally will want to be able to get involved in production-level ML and get stuck in with and have strong engineering capabilitiesYou will have the opportunity to make a big impact and shape this role and the team around you as you grow. You can define how you progress and what you want to work on long-term so definitely have more opportunities to do more advanced AI. You will also be looking to continually grow the team so good opportunity for progression. Requirements- Customer and marketing focus on Data Science- Google ads and Meta ads experiences- Customer segmentation and advertising experience and used it to do it, with more specific advertising and analyse ad spend- Very strong Python coding skills and ability to productionise models - Knowledge of MLOps - Ability to work with cross functional teams- Someone happy to work in a greenfield space and ambiguous space where things could change frequently - Ideally someone from a start-up background- Looking for someone with 3 years exp+ - No industry preference- Preference of PhD or Master's in a relevant field but not a hard requirement- Preference for someone interested in Fitness but not a hard requirement- Stakeholder management experience and good communicationInterview ProcessInitial talk - culture fit, motivations, etcTechnical talk - more ML-focused, no live coding just asking about experienceTalk with Head of Data EngineeringSign-off chat with the CFO
