Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Primarily Remote (UK Based) *

Harnham are partnering with a leading international fitness/healthcare retailer, recruiting for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, offering a creative and greenfield opportunity in the customer and digital data space.

The Role

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will be:

• Deploying pLTV, customer segmentation and ad platform signalling models.
• Measuring campaign effectiveness using MMM's.
• Writing production Python code, contributing across the software development lifecycle.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in end-to-end ML system development.
• Specialising in customer behaviour and marketing optimisation.
• Application of ML methods for campaign optimisation, with a strong preference for Google/Meta Ads campaigns.
• CLV modelling, statistics and MMM.
