• Lead the end-to-end ML infrastructure, from architecture to production deployment.
• Bridge research and production, scaling ML systems that process billions of real-time data points.
• Design and implement high-performance ML pipelines to handle growing data volumes.
• Optimize model components for real-world impact, enhancing user experiences.
• Drive continuous improvements across data quality, performance, and reusability.
• Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and APIs in a multi-disciplinary team.

Core Skills:

• Proven experience deploying ML systems in real-time, high-throughput environments.
• Expertise in Python and applied ML frameworks.
• Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure and MLOps practices (containerization, CI/CD).
• Background in distributed microservice architecture and real-time processing.
• Strong architectural decision-making balancing innovation and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from concept to production.
• Curiosity to explore modern ML engineering approaches.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with LLMs, NLP, RAG systems, and vector stores.
• Background in scaling ML systems from prototype to production.
• Experience in fast-paced start-ups.
