A well known branded business is recruiting a Senior Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner to support a number of key operational areas. The role will business partner the relevant Directors and Heads, providing them with value adding financial advice and information to improve profitability through driving revenues and improving costs.The key deliverables of the Senior Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner include:-

• Business partnering with the operations teams to drive profitability and improve decision making through providing analysis, insights and challenge.
• Monthly management accounts, analysis and commentary.
• Annual budgeting and monthly forecasting.
• Continuous improvement work across business and financial processes.
• Supporting the Finance Director on projects and strategy work.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant or late stage studier with relevant management accounting and business partnering experience ideally gained within the hospitality, leisure or related sectors.The role is based 5 days a week in their modern offices near Southampton and comes with a range of benefits including:-
