This Senior Management Accountant will be a critical figure within the Finance department, responsible for the accurate reporting of key financial information to ensure that the organisation's senior management makes well-informed decisions.

Description

• Preparation of the management accounts and month-end reporting including; P&L, balance sheet, accruals, journals, group reporting and prepayments
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision making.
• Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts.
• Manage, guide and develop junior members of the finance team.
• Forecasting, monitoring, and managing the company's cash-flow and working capital position. Prepare relevant cash-flow analysis for Group functions.
• UK VAT returns
• Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and financial efficiency.
• Ad hoc projects.

Profile

• Qualified Accountant-ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Proven Management Accounts skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems.
