This Senior Management Accountant will be a critical figure within the Finance department, responsible for the accurate reporting of key financial information to ensure that the organisation's senior management makes well-informed decisions.

Description
- Preparation of the management accounts and month-end reporting including; P&L, balance sheet, accruals, journals, group reporting and prepayments
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision making.
- Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts.
- Manage, guide and develop junior members of the finance team.
- Forecasting, monitoring, and managing the company's cash-flow and working capital position. Prepare relevant cash-flow analysis for Group functions.
- UK VAT returns
- Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and financial efficiency.
- Ad hoc projects.
Profile
- Qualified Accountant-ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
- Proven Management Accounts skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems.
